Because of the specialized nature of our products and our commitment to quality assurance, we maintain a strict No Returns and No Refunds Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Evergreen Peptides LLC are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the products selected, verified your shipping information, and agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

Our products are sold exclusively for research, laboratory, and analytical use. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored, handled, or maintained under appropriate conditions.

To protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all customers, we cannot restock or resell any returned merchandise, regardless of whether it has been opened or remains sealed.

For this reason, all sales are final.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

Evergreen Peptides LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors
  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information
  • Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the package can be resent.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Evergreen Peptides LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Customs delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Delivery exceptions outside of our control

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

If you experience a shipping problem, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we will gladly assist in working with the carrier whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives visibly damaged or you believe products were damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The shipping box
    • Shipping label
    • Packaging materials
    • Damaged products

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may prevent us from assisting with your claim.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Although we carefully verify every order before shipment, mistakes can occasionally occur.

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • A missing item
  • An incomplete order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and, if an error occurred during fulfillment, we will work to correct it promptly.

Product Availability

Occasionally, inventory discrepancies or supplier issues may prevent us from fulfilling an item you ordered.

If this occurs, we may:

  • Contact you regarding available alternatives
  • Issue a store credit
  • Refund the unavailable item if it cannot be supplied

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Evergreen Peptides LLC before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks for correctly fulfilled orders may result in:

  • Suspension of future ordering privileges
  • Submission of order documentation to the payment processor
  • Collection efforts where permitted by law
